Products from our website come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. After purchase, if it does not match the description or is the item comes out defective, feel free to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved in time

The policy of ours only lasts 30 days. If it’s already 30 days since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be given.

Please follow the steps below, in order to receive your refund:

If you want to return the products, that can only be done if they are still in their original condition and packaging.

Request your return Authorization Number and by emailing with exact reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that justifies your reason.

To insure that your refund reaches you, please use a trackable mail service as we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Full refund will be given in the original method of payment and upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined.

One your order has been processed and/or shipped we are unable to cancel, unfortunately. You will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, for covering restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
